How much do you charge?

At Franky Fitness, our pricing ranges from $50 to $1,000+, depending on the service and level of support you require. We offer a variety of options, including custom program creation, online coaching, and face-to-face sessions, each tailored to meet different needs and goals. The cost will depend on your individual objectives and the level of financial investment you're ready to make in achieving them. Whether you're looking for a simple workout plan or comprehensive coaching, we're here to find the best solution to help you succeed.

Am i guaranteed results?

Results depend on several factors, including your time investment, financial commitment, and overall goals. With over 10 years of training experience and numerous client testimonials demonstrating success, I am confident in my ability to help clients achieve their desired outcomes. However, results ultimately rely on your commitment and consistency. Achieving success requires a collaborative effort between the trainer and the client.

Is online coaching worth it?

Online coaching services provide a convenient and effective way to achieve your fitness goals, offering flexibility and personalized guidance without the need for in-person sessions. With custom programs tailored to your specific needs, regular check-ins to track progress, and ongoing support via text or email, online coaching ensures you stay accountable and on track. It's an excellent option for those who are serious about their fitness journey and want expert guidance while maintaining the freedom to train on their own schedule. When utilized effectively, online coaching can deliver transformative results and is absolutely worth the investment.

Where do you train clients?

I train clients at gyms in Melbourne’s southeast, with exact locations provided upon booking confirmation. On occasion, I may travel to other gyms to accommodate specific needs. Please note that any additional costs, such as gym entry fees or travel time, will be factored into the session price. For more information or to discuss your preferences, don’t hesitate to reach out.

Do you do refunds or money back guarantees?

I do not offer refunds on custom programs, as they require significant time and effort to create and are tailored specifically to your needs. Similarly, face-to-face coaching sessions are non-refundable. However, if a session is missed and a mutually convenient time cannot be arranged for a makeup session, a refund for that session may be considered. Thank you for understanding the commitment and effort that goes into providing these services.

I would love to offer money-back guarantees; however, for this to be considered, clients would need to commit to a minimum training period and maintain consistency with weekly training sessions. Consistency is key to achieving measurable results. While sporadic training can still benefit overall health, it’s the regular, dedicated effort that truly drives progress. By working together with a clear plan and consistent execution, we can achieve the outcomes you’re striving for.

Do you coach teens?

Yes, I have coached teenagers in the past. However, for anyone under the age of 18, I require a prior discussion with an adult guardian to ensure they are fully informed and comfortable with the coaching arrangement.

How long will it take me to achieve my desired results?

The time it takes to achieve your desired results depends on several factors, including your current fitness level, goals, consistency, and the effort you put into your training and nutrition. While I can guide and support you every step of the way, achieving lasting results requires commitment and dedication. With the right mindset and consistent effort, progress can be seen in a few weeks, but significant transformations typically take several months. Do you provide diet & nutritional advice?

I do not provide personalized diet and nutritional plans, as I am not a licensed nutritionist. However, I offer general guidance and advice to complement your fitness journey. For tailored nutrition recommendations, I encourage consulting with a qualified nutritionist or dietitian who can provide specialized support.

Do you coach athletes?

I have experience training and coaching athletes from various backgrounds. However, the suitability of my coaching services depends on the specific sport and the athlete’s unique requirements and goals. In many cases, I may refer athletes to coaches who specialize in that particular sport to ensure they receive the most effective and focused guidance for their needs.
