You’ll also have the unique opportunity to send me videos of your exercise form for review. I’ll provide detailed feedback via video demonstration or message to ensure your technique is safe and effective. Additionally, members enjoy unlimited communication via text and email for ongoing support, motivation, and answers to any questions.
